Curriculum Structure

The program operates in rotational modules, each centered on mentorship, client project work, and skill-building workshops.

Phase 1: Entrepreneurial Foundations

Weeks 1–3

Workshops

Entrepreneurial Mindset & Growth Thinking (What is the Why?)
Business Models 101 (Lean Canvas introduction)
Ethics, Accountability, Relationship development and partnerships
 

Activity

Build a “mini venture concept” in small teams
 

Mentorship

Kick-off with assigned executive mentor

Phase 2: Core Rotations

Weeks 4-12: Students rotate through three core areas while serving on client projects.

Rotation 1 – Marketing & Branding (Weeks 4–6)

Workshops:
Digital marketing, customer discovery, storytelling for impact

Client Engagement:
Support branding or marketing strategy for a nonprofit/startup client

Output:
Draft marketing campaign or digital strategy plan

 

Rotation 2 – Operations & Business Systems (Weeks 7–9)

Workshops:
Operational efficiency, team workflows, introduction to project management tools

Client Engagement:
Process mapping or operations improvement for client organization

Output:
Operational improvement recommendation or system workflow

 

Rotation 3 – Business Development & Finance (Weeks 10–12)

Workshops:
Sales pipelines, partnerships, intro to fundraising, budgeting & forecasting basics

Client Engagement:
Research potential partners/funders or develop revenue-generating ideas for client

Output:
Business development proposal or financial literacy toolkit

 

Phase 3: Capstone & Career Pathways

Weeks 13–16

Capstone Project

Teams pitch a solution for their client’s challenge (presentation day with mentors, clients, and community leaders)

Resume & LinkedIn for Entrepreneurs
How to Land Paid Consulting Roles
Networking with Intentionality
 

Showcase Event

Students present projects → potential internship/job offers
