Why He Founded The Dreamer’s Institute
After years of building, scaling, and advising businesses, Gerald Washington saw a pattern he couldn’t ignore: talent wasn’t the problem—access, structure, and guidance were. Too many entrepreneurs had ideas with real potential but lacked the roadmap, resources, and accountability to turn those ideas into sustainable companies.
Gerald founded The Dreamers Institute to close that gap.
